The Button is a compact, battery-powered, Z-Wave Plus compatible device. It allows you to control devices through the Z-Wave network and run various scenes defined in the FIBARO System. Different actions may be triggered with one to five clicks or by holding the button down. In panic mode, each press of the button results in triggering of the emergency scene. With its small design and wireless communication, the FIBARO Button can be conveniently mounted on any surface and in any position or location at home, e.g. beside the bed or under the desk.

 How many actions can you perform with The Button?

With The Button you can perform 8 different actions, single/double/triple click, hold for each button and sequences.

How can I wake up The Button?

Click The Button 4 times to wake it up. The Button needs to be woken up to receive information about the new configuration from the Z-Wave controller, like parameters and associations.

What types of devices can be controlled by The Button?

With The Button you can control most devices using scenes and associations (only Z-Wave devices).

 Where can I change parameters of The Button?

Parameters can be changed after logging to your Home Center interface in Devices section. Find The Button on the list and click the Advanced tab.

 How can I reset The Button?

To reset the device, click The Button exactly 5 times, then press and hold the Button for at least 5 seconds. After releasing it should reset.

My new The Button is not working. What should I do?

Make sure you removed the paper strip from underneath the battery and it is properly polarized (+ on the top).

 I cannot add The Button to the Z-Wave network. What should I do?

Make sure the device is powered and in range of the gateway. Remember to click the Button at least 6 times, you can try use different tempo. You can also reset the device before the next try.
